Kairos was founded in 2003. Throughout the years, we at Kairos Group have witnessed the evolution of General Insurance in Singapore, and we have sought to work with leading insurers to cover our customers.
Stanley Ng
Founder of Kairos Group, a venerable veteran of more than 25 years in the insurance industry, Stanley has helped many individual and corporate clients get to where they are today. Being one of the 1st batches of CFP and AEPP certified advisors, he specialises in in-depth Financial Planning, Employee Benefit, Liability insurance and Specialty risks. He helped create one of the first high-end Bicycle Insurance in Singapore and has worked with many MNCs and Statutory Boards on various projects.

Patrick Foo
At age 25, Patrick became one of the youngest Director in the Life insurance industry. With over 35 years in the industry, his accolades include (MDRT) and 1st runner-up for Financial Award Representative (FAR) in 2005. His specialty includes Comprehensive Financial Planning, Keyman Insurance and Business Succession. He is also experienced in customised risk where he worked with an insurer to cover COVID-19 for a large conglomerate with over 4000 insured.

Sam Lim
Another veteran of over 15 years in Life & General insurance, Sam is a team player who specialises in Personal insurance like Life, Medical & Accident insurance. He also helps clients in General insurance in Public Liability and SME Business Packages. Sam has a jovial outlook which attract many customers to seek his advice. His motto is to provide personal and professional service to his customers.

Eric Tay
With over 20 years of experience in Life / General Insurance and Employee Benefits, Eric handles complex quotations and claims. As a former software developer, he's also in charge of IT and backend operations at Kairos Group. Known for his problem-solving skills, he is usually called upon when something needs fixing.

Iris Goh
With a background in Accounting, Iris has been acting as liaison between corporate customers and insurers for more than 6 years. As she's in charge of Commercial policy quotation, inception, admin and minor claims, she is usually the first person you will encounter. Her calm and friendly natural contrast with her fierce mission-oriented work ethics.

"Sim" is our accountant who works tirelessly in the background to balance our books, Sim has vast experience in doing accounting for companies from many different industries over the years. Her humble demeanor hides her depth of experience in the latest Accounting and ERP software.
Ryan
Our Rookie who is in charge of Personal Insurance, Ryan is an eager young man who recently became a father so he is also learning the importance of insurance for his family along with our clients. He specialises in Personal Accident, Hospitalisation, Motor & Travel Insurance. When we need someone to talk to Customer Service at the various insurers, he's our man!
